I have been watching musical since i was in high school. I began loving them when I discovered my talent really was and i belong in theater.. in the world of music..

I really love musical show whether it's a movie or in broadway. 

Because of so much loving to them I took a week to write this post!!! I cannot choose so i rely on peoples choice... and it down to 13 best... well there's thirteen of them, see where they tie...

 Dreamgirls is composed by Henry Krieger and was shown in broadway in December 20,1981.It is all about the three girls who want to be famous, as the time goes by they get their dream came true until one of them gets out of the group. This was the way of Jennifer Holliday (as Effie White) to make her name out of the stage. It has been revived two times in broadway until the Motion Pictures made a movie rendition, in 2006. The film gross was about $80 million. And it was a blockbuster film starring Beyonce Knowles (as Deena), Jamie Fox (as Curtis Taylor) and the American Idol Alumni , Jennifer Hudson (as Effie White).. and many more... :)

 Chicago premiered in Broadway in June 3, 1975. Composed by John Kander.It was revived in broadway in November 14, 1996 and it was named as the 6th Longest running musical in broadway because it is still on the run this current time. The story of Chicago is about the murderesses who was claimed to be divas in the jail. In 2002, Chicago was reinvented as a movie by Miramax Films and other productions. It was directed by Rob Marshall. They adapt the musical but gives a twist to become more realistic and cinematic at the same time. The roles were given to Catherine Zeta-Jones (Velma Kelly), Renee Zelweger (Roxie  Hart), Queen Latifah (Mama Morton) , and Richard Gere as (Billy Flynn). There is the special participation of Taye Diggs and many others. The movie hits 300 million plus..as the gross in come! I have watched this movie, and i can tell you it was magnificent!

Tied with Chicago here is the CATS by Andrew Lloyd Webber. It was based on the novel Practical Cats. The musical is about the cats celebrating they're Jellicle Ball awaiting Old Deutoronomy to choose who will be the one that  is going to the heavenside layer. They're introducing themselves one by one. Cats was opened in broadway in October 7, 1982 and it was acclaimed as the 2nd longest running musical in Broadway. In 1998, Cats was recorded to broadway and released in stores in 1998 starred by Broadway legends Ellaine Paige. It was opened in Manila , Philippines last two years ago and Lea Salonga played the role of Grizabella, same as Ellaine Paige.

 The Sound Of Music by Richard Rodgers was critically acclaimed by viewers and audience. One of the Broadway's Best. It was opened in Broadway in Nov. 16, 1959 and was revived at March 12, 1998. It was filmed in 1965 were Julia Andrews stars as Maria. It's about a nun who is forced to leaved the Abbey and be a governess to a soldier. The musical was famous to the globe, at current times, it was still running in the Philippines.

 A chorus Line by Marvin Hamlisch, was acclaimed as 4th longest running musical show in Broadway. It was a story about the collection of dancers who are introducing themselves and they're experiences for the audition of a broadway production. The musical premiered in broadway in  July 25, 1975 and revived in October 5, 2006. In 1985, a film from Embassy productions was released.

 Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey's Grease, was opened in Broadway in 1972 and revived both in 1994 and 2007. Considered it was the 13th Longest running musical in broadway. 1978 when Paramount Pictures made this as a film starring Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta. The story is about, a girl and a boy who had a summer fling and gets back to school. When Sandy, the girl, knows that the boy he knew last summer was not the real boy in school.

TOP 6: "Legally Blonde"

 Legally Blonde was started as a movie of Metro-Goldwyn Productions in 2001 starred by Reese Witherspoon as the president of Delta-Nu Sorority named Elle Woods. The story is about a girl who was dumped by his boyfriend by the night she thought that he will be asking her to marry. His boyfriend was pursue his dream and study in Harvard University. Because of that Elle motivated herself and go to Harvard University too. She will be studying Law as his ex-boyfriend's course. But as the time turns, she stood up and end up as the valedictorian in the class and a winner in love, not to his Ex, but to a new guy named Emmit. April 2007, The movie was turned into a musical and premiered in broadway. It was a landslide and critics was applauding to the success of the musical.

TOP 5: "Miss Saigon"

 Miss Saigon by Alan Boubil and Claude-Michael Schronberg, is considered as 10th longest running musical in broadway still on these days.Miss Saigon started in broadway in 1991 and has 4,092 shows. This musical originated at west-end and considered as a legend. Lea Salonga is one of the original lead stars that played at the west-end, this is the way how Les get the fame that she has now. Miss Saigon filled with many controversy as it running in west-end and in Broadway. But, despite of this, Miss Saigon have been acclaimed by many prestigious awards. Lea Salonga won a Tony for Best Actress in a Musical, as Jonathan Price won the Best Actor in a Musical. Not only in Tony but to other award table that people knew. Miss Saigon, as the title implies, lies on one of the cities of vietnam that is known for Ho Chi Minh city as of today. It is about a vietnamese girl who turned herself a whore but the first night she fell in love to her customer, a G.I. Soldier. As the story continues, a very tragic and a series of unfortunate events happen that leads the girl to kill herself. There is a rumors as today that a revision of Miss Saigon in the Big Screen will be release on 2012.  

TOP 4: "Wicked" & "Hairspray"

 It was considered as the 18th longest running show in broadway, since it was opened in 2003. The original cast of Wicked are Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth. Idina Menzel won a Tony award for Best Actress and the musical also won two sets of award in Tony. Wicked is a prequel of "The Wizard of Oz", The story of the two witches in different tracks, Glinda the Good and the Wicked Witch of West.. they're Best friends you know until it won't workwell.. Wicked still is running in broadway. There is a rumors that 2012 or 2013 ,Wicked will be revived in movie. well, let's see... :)

 Hairspray by Marc Shaiman opened in broadway in 2002. Make as 17th longest musical running on broadway. They made 2642 shows. The musical is about a fat girl who is obsessed to an oriented TV show and make her own way to step into and be a part of that show. The musical gets 8 Tony Awards in 2003. in 2007, the cute musical turned into a movie version, Many large stars collide in this movie. Not to metioned, John Travolta made an excellent job of becoming a mother in this movie.. haha, yes, his role was a woman... 

TOP 3: "Les Miserables"

 Les Miserables like Miss Saigon is a masterpiece of Claude Michael-Schronberg. Les Miserables was the 3rd longest running Broadway musical. It was based to Victor Hugo's novel, and a story flows to the characters contentedly. In 1998 a film same title, same story was released. A rumor flows that next year, 2012, Les Miserables will have another movie rendition but it will adapt the musical version. I hope that works. :) If I'm the one who will be placing the cast, Fantine's role will be great for Lea Salonga, As she portray it in roadway and the 25th anniversary really well, Dianna Argon for Cossette will be nice too, what do you think?

  Andrew Lloyd Webber's Phantom of the Opera was ended in Top 2, well, it was the 1st longest running musical show in Broadway! The show is still running as of today and have it's sequel as it's opened in 1988. The original cast Michael Crawford and Sarah Brightman was replaced by other Actors. The musical is about the phantom of the opera who is obsessively in love with an actress. It was Awarded by Tony in 8 different category including Best Musical! In 2004, the reinvention of phantom in a movie. Starring Emmy Rossum and Gerard Butler.A rumor that the sequel of phantom, Love Never Dies will be playing in movie.. hmm.. sounds interesting...

 Oh! This one is snap!!! I love this musical!!! damn! Yes it is too much for young kids but this is reality.. Rent by Jonathan Larson. It was dedicated to the ones who is HIV and AIDS positives. For Gay people and it shows the different personalities can a man have. Rent was opened in Broadway in 1996. It was considered as the 9th longest musical running in broadway. Rent is a story of a group of characters who are striving to reckless demolition because they cannot pay their rent. A petition was held and a rally follows. As some of character struggled in love, HIV,AIDS,Discrimination and Self-abandonment. Rent was revived into movie in 2005. As almost all of them was the Original Broadway Cast. Not to mention how Idina Menzel carried her gay role, and she has a butt exposure!!! When I watched Rent Movie I was laughing at first then when Angel dies, I was crying the whole time... :) well, Thumbs up!

Of course it is, the theme is "fairy tales come true" what would you expect.. in my own opinion, this photo is somewhat not for modelling ... bu for a fairy tale movie or show!! you can't even recognize that it's TOP MODEL when the label was not there!! oh, you're asking why it is on Top 8? because of the stunning background.. haha..

Now this photo is majestic.. The theme was "Goddesses"  the models look amazing in this shot! It's an art.. all the movements..and Allison wow.. oops.. sorry i can't help it, praising her.. Tyra! I just wanna say you look stunning in this photo.. but don't think that it's okay that you make allison as runner-up while she deserves to be the winner!!! back to the topic, This cycle is one of my favorite cycle all time!!

Now, I hate this cycle!!! know why? They didn't give the title to the one who deserves it!!! hate it!!! I got to say.. the photo was stunning, the digital editing was also blow my head up! as Tyra don't have to be in this photoshoot.. The theme was All-Star not Old Star! haha.. just kiddin Tyra!!! I love how Isis do her pose.. Allison she was always amazing in her doll look! Laura was cute too.. Alexandria, Get out of the picture girl! without the motorcycle your photo was suck!!! but all and all it was amazing to look at this photo when half of the models including Tyra was already aged.

 This photo might be very Dragstic! but this have the most inspirational theme.. "Feel the Love".. Well, maybe some of you will not get it in their cycle.. but pertaining to one contestant.. Isis King. She was a transgender right? give love to people like her then accept her... and that's why it came up as the TOP 1. Too bad we only had top 10..

America's Next Top Model Top10 Worst Elimination

After the All-Star Finale.. I have convinced myself to make this topic.. Well, this maybe my own opinion.. you could comment on my comment box what did you think about it or like me on Facebook then suggest your own topic...

TOP 10: Jennifer An

Rmember her from the petite cycle? She is a great model... But why did Tyra eliminated her? She's the only Asian in her cycle. Well, she reached the 4th place... but she deserve more..

TOP 9: Kimberly Stolz

How about her? does anyone recognized her? Well, you will remember her for kissing her co-model in the show and for coming out about her real sexuality. She is Kim Stolz, the 5th placer of Cycle 5.  Today she was one of the memorable contestant of ANTM.. and she was consistently appearing through MTV.

TOP 8: London Levi

And I'm sure you still remember this girl.. She's the only one who got eliminated because of weight gain.. I don't know if that is a good reason for her to be out of the show. Well, you see, she is a good model. But Tyra eliminated her in this episode (the picture you see at the top), where they notice London's gain weight. If she gave London a chance then maybe she will be walking the Cycle 12 runway by that time!! :<

TOP 7: Kayla Ferrel

This girl is one of my favorite. Leaving out that she is a lesbian, she was a very good model.. she is more deserving to the position of Chelsea..(Cycle 15 runner-up)..

TOP 6: Erin Wagner

She was one of the toughest girls in her cycle. She was eliminated as Jennifer An also eliminated (double elimination.) She was very good at modelling until Tyra said that she's uninspired.. grr.. tyra!!

TOP 5: Dominique Reighard

The judges call her "Drag-faced".. she was the 5th placer of her cycle. She was the winner of modelville. She was gave a chance to be in all-star. But at the middle end she came up lost. She deserves to have a good fight but Tyra eliminated her. Today, she starting her career as a singer.. 

TOP 4: Gabrielle Kniery

Maybe, you didn't remember her. She's from cycle 14... she's the first one who got eliminated. She is a great model, but Tyra didn't gave her a chance... She's more deserving than Krista , you know!

TOP 3: Reina Hein

I know that Reina's career by today is quite successful... But, she don't have the title that she more deserves, to be America's Next Top Model. She is way more deserving than Krista!! I hate the results.. grrr..!

TOP 2: Jaclyn Poole

She was the one of the most depressing outcast of ANTM. She was one of he sweetest girls I've seen in top model history.. but then again, Tyra eliminated her!! because of freaking go-sees!!! if i were Tyra, I should give her a chance until Top 3!!! freaking show!!

TOP 1: Allison Harvard

She is the true all-star.. !!!! She was sabotage!! Until now, I'm depressed regarding to the decision of Tyra!!! I should not hate Lisa about it but it is obviously that Allison is more lovable than her. Lisa is a performer yeah, she can sing , she can dance, she can model, and she can be crazy!!!! but ALL-STAR for me has a very deep meaning.. it's how people love the model.. how can she be an ALL-STAR if half of the people hate her!!! For Allison as you can see to the polls, she was loved by 87.6% of the mob!!! But the decision is done, i have nothing to do with it.. I just hope Allison will be a great star bigger that any others..

TOP 10: Tyler Perry

 Tyler Perry is known for her roles in a series of  movies and theater play as Medea. The story flows to Helen McCarter has everything a woman wants: a nice house and rich husband. However after her husband Charles throws her out of the house after admitting to an affair a distraught Helen turns to her mother, grandmother Madea and cousin Brian who take her in and turn back to God. Helen learns for the first time in her life to stand up on her two feet and is ready to remove herself from her relationship with Charles and move on with Orlando. But when her husband is almost killed by a vengeful client, Helen wonders if she has the heart to forgive him despite everything. Tyler did awesome in this movie... whoohooo!!! best actress i mean actor!!!!

TOP 9:Tamasaburo Bando

Kabuki actor Bando plays two female characters, a villager and a demonic princess. The film's performances overall are done in the kabuki style, which interestingly enough began as an all-female artform that later led to an all-male version. This film, however, does feature actors of both sexes. I just wanna say, he's so stunning in this photo that he's actually looks like a girl!!!

TOP 8: Michael V. and Ogie Alcasid

The Philippine comedic-duo, Michael V and Ogie Alcasid known for their appearances in a comedy oriented show of GMA 7, Bubble Gang. The two have their own uniqueness how they can entertain people. Yaya and Angelina role was came from one of the sitcom of bubble gang... It was a mass success that the simple sitcom turned into a movie. The two have not to take so much effort to play in the role where they have to be drag. Well, they handle they're role very well.. except of Ogie's obvious muscles she could be a very realistic girl.

TOP 7: Arsenio Hall

TOP 6: Paolo Ballesteros

Paolo Ballesteros is known for his performances in drag. Because of that many of us mistaken him as gay. Paolo, at the young age, bloomed his career in the teen oriented show, CLICK. Heis also one of the co-host in the high-rating noon-time show Eat Bulaga. As for instane, Paolo is not really a gay.. but a man trying to be gay because it is his label.

TOP 5: Rupert Everett

 shown.... St Trinian's is a fictional girls' school, created as a series of cartoons by Ronald Searle, a British cartoonist.Wow!!! BTW, St. Trinitians is a fictional school for girls... Well yhat's a show!!!

According to the director/cast commentary on the DVD, there were no actual women performing in the film. All female characters, including extras and the models for the magazine covers of Cher and Madonna, are performed by men in drag.

Wow!!! Nice shot for a male actor.. If You are really an actor, you should know to be versatile...

 Adam Sandler was a great comedy Actor because I've seen his movie through this years... But now.. a challenge to his ability is coming.. to perform as a woman in drag will be the greatest challenge an actor can be encountered. As Adam will be playing two unsignificant roles. Well he's a great actor though.

Top 2: John Travolta

John Travolta is known as the Lead character of "Grease" where he played Danny. In 2007, The re-make of the musical movie "Hairspray", Travolta participated not only as an actor having a role.. but an actor having a much challenging role that test his actor-skills... The movie is not only a movie but a musical movie so the actor need to sing.. Travolta is praised by many critics as he did well this kind of job.... two thumbs up!!!

Who deserve the first but the real cosmic comedy actor Eddie Murphy. All of his movie was Damn! courageous and funny!!! it was horrible.. Mostly the movie , 'NORBIT', It's about a man who is abandoned by his family and be a kid in an orphanage. He met a girl who became his first love, but suddenly, a family adopt that girl and leaves the orphanage... Then he met the crazy, Big,Black woman Rasputia.. Her family was a gang!!! you know what i'm saying.. they're very bad person.. Norbit kinda like rasputia but he ended up as a slave of his evil wife...
